My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms offered beautiful views of nature and were generally comfortable. On the downside, we received our room in less than clean condition and it lacked some basic amenities. The service staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but I did encounter one manager who wasn't very pleasant. The location was great, being really close to Baga beach, which was a big plus. Overall, it was decent value, but with some areas needing improvement.
